Resolved Invoice

I renewed my order yesterday and I still do not see a copy of the invoice. Please advise. My email is herbertn@sas.rutgers.edu. The order ID is 2100656310. It has been 24 hours (just now). Thank you so much, Nancy Herbert

Thank you for reaching out. The email we have on file for this account is webdevel@sas.rutgers.edu and the invoice has been emailed there. I have just send you the invoice as well. Please check your spam folder too in case it ended up there.

That the invoice is not always available for download is something we are looking into.
