In your settings, set Text enclosure field to " and save the template. Run the export and see if it goes fine. If you still have problem post your export file and export debug log to check.

Attached is the exported file. The problem:
The file is in Hebrew. After I added the " it works . however when you save it as UTF-8 it will show gibberish in excel. If I convert it with Notepad++ to UTF-8 with BOM it will not open.

Hello Giora,
You should not be saving your file with BOM, it wont work. We often recommend our users to use OpenOffice to avoid such issues with encoding. Have a look at Save a CSV file as UTF-8 document to know on how to save your export file as UTF-8 encoded file.
