Hello! I've setup an ecommerc for virtuemart and use CSVI for products import. The CSV file is well formed and has 1061 lines.
When i start the import the component read the CSV right (good preview) but when i start the process i get a 500 error.
I have seen that only ~250 products are imported.

This is an example of the CSV:
product_sku,product_name,product_s_desc,category_path,product_price,published,product_special,file_url,product_unit,product_packaging
"0000011003","SUCCO SANTAL ARANCIA BK LT. 1","SUCCO SANTAL ARANCIA BK LT. 1","BEVERAGE#BIBITE#SUCCHI-NETTARI",1.95,"1","0","8002580026199.jpg","L",1.000

This is the error i get form the server log:

[Thu Jul 20 14:56:32.023980 2017] [autoindex:error] [pid 49558:tid 140474226468608] [client ***.***.***.***:50858] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /home/***/domains/***.com/private_html/images/stories/virtuemart/product/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.htm,index.shtml,index.php,index.php5,index.php4,index.php3,index.phtml,index.cgi) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive, referer: https://www.***.com/it/

All the images are uploaded via FTP before the import. The ~250 imported items are good in all the fields (media too).
Is this a timeout problem or something else?
Thank you!
Gianluca

EDIT: Setting "process images" on NO the process runs without error. So this is a server error or a timeout? If I increase the timeout time it will helps? Thank you again

Hello Gianluca,

Yes could be because of server timeout. But you can try to reduce the number of lines to import to a lesser number and see if import works. To do this, edit your import template, look for Limit tab(click on Advanced button on top if you don't see it), set Lines per import to 100 and save the template. Run the import and see if it goes without any error.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
