we created in joomla 3.6.4 10 templates. 9 running well. Template id 4 has a problem.

The template configuration is attached as Images.

it was a lot of work, to attache the fields from orders_advanced. In csvi Joomla 2. it was easier.

Cann you please attach in "quick-add" a button for select/deselect all fields for the next release?

Hello,
There is a Fatal error in the error logs you have posted and the error is due to that order advanced export is an XML export but you are forcing it to be a csv export by setting a file name in your template on file tab and by setting a filename to be order_export.csv. Try changing this name to order_export.xml and see if your export works.

Thank you for your suggestion. The only reason this feature has not been added till now is that to allow user to select only fields that are needed for import/export. Adding all fields which are of no use during export or import don't make any sense.

Hi

I Need the Export as a csv-export not an XML-Export. In Joomla 2.x I could Export the same fields as csv.

If only a csv-export with this fields are possible, I've a lot of work to adapt our external Software.

Hello,
If you need to use CSV export then you need to use normal order export template. Order advanced is for exporting XML only.

Hi

now I've changed the template Operation to "order" and tried to exprt. A timeout, (> 70) sec. occured.
Now I will change the max_execution_time up to 140 sec an try it later again.

Hi.

the max_execution_time is set to 120.

while the export-process the server-response is counted up to more than 100 and then I've got a time out again.
What can I do? I Need the order datas in this Format for our Software.

Is there a solution.

Hello,
Can you try to export only a few number of records to check? In your template settings on File tab set From record and To record options and try the export. See if export finishes.

Hi,

thanks for your reply,

Now I've used different date-ranges and first I'm surprised that datas are exported, but the amount of exported rows is to large. The execution of the date-range "this year" produces over 8000 lines (file-size over 5 MB), but the datatable of virtuemart_orders contains only ca. 1500 records.

All datarows are multiple repeated. There are recoords which are more than 100 times repeated.

If necessary I can send you the exported file - but not over this Forum, because the exported datas are real items.


I've removed the time-range filter and expanded the execution time tab "Limits" to 300 and it crashes too.

You can avoid the duplicates records by grouping the fields as explained in Group by and Sort by fields documentation.
