Resolved Installation error

I have installed RO CSVI successfully on one site but get errors when installing it on thew other site. The successful site install is in the root directory and the unsuccessful install is in a sub-directory of the root directory. Both sites function fine.

An error occured running the query ALTER TABLE `jml_csvi_logs` ADD `csvi_log_id` INT(11) UNSIGNED NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT COMMENT '';. This generates the error Incorrect table definition; there can be only one auto column and it must be defined as a key
Table 'whatzo5_maggot.jml_csvi_templates' doesn't exist
Table 'whatzo5_maggot.jml_csvi_processes' doesn't exist
Table 'whatzo5_maggot.jml_csvi_tasks' doesn't exist

Both sites are Joomla 5.4.0, PHP is 8.2.29 and RO CSVI is 5.4.0. Screen shot of the errors attached as well as system information for both sites.

You seem to have old RO CSVI tables in your installation and so the error. Try deleting `jml_csvi_logs` table from the database and run RO CSVI installation again. Installation will create new csvi_logs logs table. If you still have problem then look for tables starting with jml_csvi_ and delete them all. Run RO CSVI installation and see how that goes.


Both sites are Joomla 5.4.0, PHP is 8.2.29 and RO CSVI is 5.4.0

RO CSVI 5.4.0? There is no such RO CSVI version which runs on Joomla 5 installation.
