Are you mixing CSVI 6 and CSVI 5 installations? You can delete all tables in your database that start with csvi_ and then uninstall CSVI from Joomla and then install CSVI 5. It would be better to stay with CSVI 6 as that is still being updated and CSVI 5 is not.
