Resolved Installation Error

Hi Roland, hope you are well! For sure you keep yourself busy with CSVI6 :)

Just tried to clean install beta 2.0.1 on our J3.4 test site and i got the following error:
"
Warning
Table 'xxxxx.jos_csvi_availabletables' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_csvi_availabletables` ADD UNIQUE INDEX `type_name` (`task_name`, `template_table`, `component`, `action`);

Error
Error installing component
"
Maybe you have a clue?

Hello,

but it doesn't show anywhere in the components drop down list recognized by CSVI.
Go to Maintenance -> Tasks -> Reset. Once that is done, go to Maintenance -> Available Fields -> Update. When that is done, you should be able to use VirtueMart.

The Custom Filters plugin is to be used in conjunction with VirtueMart. If you use this plugin in VirtueMart and you want to import data for it, you need to install it in CSVI as well.

Thanks Roland, should be some remains indeed, i removed all the tables and reinstalled ok.

I also installed/enabled the Virtuemart plugin, but it doesn't show anywhere in the components drop down list recognized by CSVI. I also tried Custom Filters plugin but still. Maybe i'm missing smth?

Hello Chris,

The clue I have is that this means you have either an old CSVI still on that site or there are things left from an old CSVI installation. CSVI 6 cannot be installed on an old CSVI version. At least not yet, the update SQL script is not yet complete.

Do you have an old version still installed?
