Hello,
I imported a csv file, but in the log details I see that there are 18 "Incorrect images" (Image_incorrect.jpg). I downloaded the log file, but looking for the term "Incorrect" I can't find what the incorrect images are.
Could you help me please?

By default RO CSVI log has only the first 20 record entries in the debug log. I see you have 3160 rows imported and not all the 3160 entries are in the debug log. So you are not able to find the images which are not incorrect.

Could you help me please?

Checking the debug log all the 20 entries image has been processed fine. So we need to increase the debug log entries to see which images have problem on import. To do that go to RO CSVI Dashboard page, click on Options button and on Site tab change the Number of lines in log file field. Then do the import and send the latest import file to check.

Hello Pio,
The debug log posted still has only 20 record entries. Please change the Number of lines in log file field in RO CSVI Dashboard page as explained in my previous post and generate a new log. Post that latest debug log to check.

I changed the number of lines in the log file field (option.jpg), and in fact I see 1576 lines in csv (csv.jpg).

You have set the the Number of lines to 0 whereas you should increase it (see attached screenshot) so we have log entries for the records imported.

and in fact I see 1576 lines in csv (csv.jpg).

Each record in import file has few entries. So for a product we have entries for Product category, Product Manufacturer, Product images and Product custom fields etc. This makes debug log to have so many lines though debug log has entries only 20 product.

Please share your administrator login details. You can post the details in Site Details tab under your reply. I will take a look at the debug log from your site.

Hello Pio,
Thank you for posting your site details. I checked your import and found the reason for incorrect images. Please see the attached screenshot. There has been missing images in the given location. You need to make sure these images are uploaded to the location and then do the import. Let me know if you have any questions.
