Resolved incert a string with a replacement rule

Hello,
is it possible to insert a string in the third position of a field value using a replacement rule?
example
field value 123678
to became 12345678

Hello Kostas,

That is a very specific task, there is no plugin that can do that unless you write one of course. If the 123 is always the same you could use the replacement plugin, otherwise there is no such option.
