Resolved In a constant loop of creating the template and having to update the fields

Hi There,

Bought and installed the extension however I cant create a template without the attached error appearing.

I keep updating the list but no luck

Hello Conor,

This error means you have a broken template because the action 0 doesn't exist. This would either be an import or an export. Not sure how you managed to get a template like this but you can install example templates by going to Maintenance -> CSVI Pro and then choose Install example templates.

You could run these templates to see if the export works for you. Of course you can also create a template by clicking New on the Templates page. We have explained in the Create a template tutorial on how to create a template.
