Resolved Importing new product with existing product_name

Hi,

J 3.4.1
VM 3.0.9
CSVI Pro 6 Beta 6

I've product one with name "Example", alias is "example". If I'm importing product two with name "Example" (the same name as first product), then alias of this (second) product is generating by Csvi pro automatically and it becomes "example2015-05-28-03-35-58167694452" or something similar.
If I'm adding second product not using CSVI import, but using VM backend, then it gets alias "example-1" and it's quite better - shorter, cleaner etc. If I'll add third product with the same name, it'll get alias "example-2" and so on example-3, -4, -5...

I'm running bookstore. If you have thousands of titles, it's 100% sure you'll have the same book titles, sometimes from different publishers, sometimes from the same publisher (book new edition).

Is it possible to have alias numbering the same as in VM backend - not "2015-05-28-03-35-58167694452" but "-1", "-2"?

Hello Chris,

This must be a change in VM as they used to add the date to the alias if it already existed. I will have a look at it and it shouldn't be too much of a problem to add a counter to it.
