Hi, yesterday I´ve installed the last version. When I try to import a csv the result is ok but not change the info in hikashop.

There is nothing wrong i could see from your debug log. The query in the debug log shows that the user details are updated. Do you have any specific field to say it did not get updated?

When the field was empty, the new value is importing in a correct way. When the field was with data, not update the new value. Regards

Can you tell me which field is not updated? The query below is from the debug log you posted and shows that all fields are updated as per values in your import file.

If the field have data, not update. In this case, "asesor" and "asesor_interno". Please, hide the user data. Regards, Leo.

I removed the query from my previous post. Can you send an email with mysql dump of #__hikashop_user table to tharuna@csvimproved.com? I will run the import here with your data and custom fields to check.

Hello Leo,
I do not need any user details, structure of your #__hikashop user table should be good enough to know on the custom fields you have and with that I can run an import for update to the table and see what happens. Is it possible to send me only the structure of the table?
