Resolved Import XML - Field image virtuemart

Good evening,
I'm having a problem loading the image through the import function.

I want to clarify that the XML file that is read by CSVI is processed by an external cms, which goes to save the photos inside the server.

The element and content of the file is as follows:
<Photos> <Photo><IdType> 1 </ IdType> <Name /> <RelativeFilePath> rdy_Files / Photos / 13276_310.JPG </ RelativeFilePath> </ Photo></ Photos>

the file_url correctly releases the link, but the link is not generated.

Good morning,
I processed the log, this is the error found:
1 Incorrect Failure The file /home/uvx/domains/http://dx.com/public_html/images/stories/virtuemart/product/readyprodierre_Files/Foto/13276_310.JPG has not been found

I changed the path inside the template, problem solved. 21.png

You need to post your debug log to check why image is not imported. To get the debug log check How to collect debug information? document.
