Resolved import vm products

hi,
i need to point to right direction as this component is quite complex.
i have products feed from supplier.. its xml file on url and i want to it regularly updated.. but now i have issue with import any products..
i make import template. i create some fields based on titles in feed.. but it dont import any products..
i think the issue is the structure of the feed that looks like this:

<SHOP>
<SHOPITEM>
<ITEM_ID>xxx</ITEM_ID>
...
</SHOPITEM>
<SHOPITEM>
<ITEM_ID>xxx</ITEM_ID>
...
</SHOPITEM>
</SHOP>

but i dont see anywhere where to put these main tags.. "SHOP" & "SHOPITEM"
how to setup import for this?
