I have deleted the field " id"m in my Template but the result is the import puts the data not in the right colum. Image from the file included.

You need to add skip template field in place of id field so CSVI will skip the import of this column from your import file.

Is the Price field excl. Tax or incl. Tax?

Price field is excluding tax. If you need to add tax to price you need to use product_tax field along with product_price field.

I have several files from multi supplieers, but mostly I don't need al the fields. These files when imported in Virtuemart, need to be updated. But for example only stock and prices.

Hello,
You have virtuemart_product_id field in your import which says product already exists in database and CSVI will try to update the product. You need to remove this field from your import so CSVI uses product_sku to check if the product is available in database, if not it inserts the new product. Do this change to your import file and run the import.
