I've downloaded a CSV file with 52 products, and let chatgpt create a new one for me to upload. When I try to import this csv file, the preview looks fine, but when I hit "run import" suddenly there are errors and there isn't updated anything
It says " Not added. Error: Duplicate entry 'XXX' for key 'PRIMARY' Please help!!

WIth the information you provided I cannot help you. Please check the this page and read the "Looking for a useful answer?". This will tell you the info we need to help you with your issue.
Looks like you are importing an ID field, this is not recommended unless you are very sure you know what you are doing. So you can remove that field from your file and give that a go. That is my first guess.
