Resolved Import Users with address and phone

The field is called usergroup_name. If you don't see it, you may need to update the available fields once more.

Ok, i understand, but i cant find the field in csvi for usergroup name to add it into the template. What is it´s name?

The error says that you are missing a required field usergroup_name field in your import file. You need to add it to your import file so the error is gone. Also your csv file has id field which is not needed and can be removed. CSVI will identify users using email and usergroup_name field. If id field is found in the import file CSV will only do an update to user records and no new users will be added. This is because id is primary key field of a database table and it says that user is already present in the database records.

Have a look at import VirtueMart users to know how to import VirtueMart user info and creating an import file. You need to create a CSVI import template by selecting component as VirtueMart and Operation as User info. That should do. If you have any problem send us the import debug log and sample import file to check. To know how to get the debug log, check Where to get the debug information? on top of this page.

In fact i want to import virtuemart customers with their addresses, phones, and cities. Is there any way to do it?

Joomla doesn't store any addresses, phones or cities. Have you coupled Joomla with any other extension like VirtueMart or Hikashop?

Basic user data can be imported with the Joomla User import. If you don't see this option you can follow the steps in the Missing fields in CSVI.
