Support for Multiple usergroups in VirtueMart Userinfo import was not available till now. But not anymore, i have added code to support multiple usergroups with attached patch file. Please load the patch file and run the import. You need to have usergroup_name value as Canada|MONTECHIARO|LORENZONI|IMPULSO(Multiple user groups separated by |) in your import file.

Thank you for posting the debug log but it does not have information on the error you see on import. Can you post a screenshot on the error and also sample of your import file to check?

I understood where I was wrong and now the import works correctly, but I still have a problem my customers belong to multiple usergroups but in import it only accepts one, how can I set it up to import more usergroups?

in the attached file I must also add the groups to the same customer in the usergroup_name column:
Canada, MONTECHIARO, LORENZONI, IMPULSO
