I purchased this extension so that I could easily import data from a csv file to an RSForm.
All I get when trying to set import fields is:
No available fields found for import template for com_rsform and action 0. To update the list of available fields go to Available Fields and click on Update.
Does CSVI actualy import to RSForms or not? If not, your website advertises that it works with RSForms.

It only has the submission export and no imports.

If not, your website advertises that it works with RSForms.
Correct at some places it does and others it doesn't. The features page mentions it only does submission export.

You could import data using the Custom Table import but that is far from easy. I will contact you outside the forum for further action.
