Hi, all of a sudden (this is my first import this new year), certain fields are not being imported. No idea why. Nothing has changed since last year. Exactly the same template used. Only the excel data altered of course.
Any help would be appreciated, please see screenshots.
Thank you :)

Hello,
Only the excel data altered of course.

That is the problem. In your second screenshot the field values are messed up. Does your import file have a product_price field? From what i can see is that product_price is missing so field values are shifted toward left. Also import file seems to be missing product_in_stock and product_desc fields. Check if you have these fields, if you need more help then send me the import file and i can check it for you.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi Tharuna,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I know those are missing, but I have no idea why. I changed nothing with the fields, only the product data in the first few columns.
Attached are the csv files, many thanks for looking :)
It looks like something wrong with the csv, but I don't know - I saved it as csv from ods like normal.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
I don't see anything wrong with your CSV file. Can you also send me your import template XML file? To get your template XML file, in CSVI maintenance menu select CSVI Pro on first option, backup templates on second option, select your import template and download the XML file. Post the XML file to check.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Thank you for posting the XML file. I can see the issue with your template settings. On File tab you have set wrong Field delimiter and Text enclosure. You need to change them as per the attached screenshot as that is the Field delimiter and Text enclosure used in your CSV file. Change them, save the template and run the import and check.
