I have to import price and stock of an xml file, the problem I have when the file says that the product has no stock, does not put 0 simply delete the line that contains the information.
I pass the import file so you can see how is its structure.
I need to know with what rule I can solve this.

Hello,
There is no rule to delete a product with no stock during import but you can follow the Delete the out of stock products document to remove products with stock 0.
Kind regards,

Hello,
First thing to do is that you apply the attached patch file using CSVI maintenance menu. You can then use CSVI Conditional rule to replace stock to 0. To do that create a rule as in the attached screenshot. Make sure that you give a empty space in Value field (one space bar value) in the rule so CSVI compares field with empty space and save the rule. Apply this rule on product_in_stock field in your template fields. You should now be seeing 0 for empty stock nodes in your XML file. Let me know how it goes.

Hello,
Can you post your template XML file to check? To get the template XML file go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in first option and Backup templates in second option. Select the import template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

Tharuna

Hello,
The problem is not with the rule but the XML node you have set for product_in_stock in CSVI template fields page. It should be sizes/stock/quantity and not sizes/size/stock/quantity. Change this and try the import.

Tharuna
