Resolved Import skipping first record

For some reason my product import is skipping the first record i can see that in the preview. It has field headers and skip first line is set to yes but even with it set to no it skips the first record.

Can you give us more information on this? Which version of CSVI are you using? We are not seeing this issue, Can you send us the sample import file you used?
