Resolved import retail prices

Hi Roland,
is there any field to import retail prices? I've selected product_price, but that inserts the price as net price and VM adds the tax.
I know I can always define a rule that substracts the tax for that field, but maybe there's an option that I overlooked?

Hello Petra,
You can import price_with_tax and product_tax fields, If you import the price_with_tax, CSVI will calculate the price excluding tax and store that to product price field.

Hello Tharuna,
I had tried to use price_with_tax, but then no price at all is stored for the product... The only price field that actually inserted a price was product_price. The import file doesn't contain a tax field, so I assume that this is the problem?

Yes, you need to have product_tax field in your import file. Try the import with including this field and if you still have issue post the debug log and import file to check.
