Good morning,
I exported a csv file with product_sku and published fields.
Now I want to import it, I created an import template with the same fields but I get the error:
The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server may still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process.

How do I do it?

Hello,
How about if you set lines per import to 1? If you still see the error then you may need to check for any error in your server error logs. Another option would be to turn on error reporting and see if any error comes up during the import.

Hello,
Try reducing the lines per import on your import template settings on Limit tab. By default it is set to 1000, change it to 50 or a lesser number and do the import. You can also have a look at Manage Timeouts document to know on setting import limits.
