Sorry but the skip rule plugin is for CSVI 7.0 version. It cannot be used alone with CSVI 6.6.4 version as there are few changes made with CSVI core files in CSVI 7.0 version to make this plugin to work.

Hello Kostas,
You can use Skip rule plugin and create a rule for category_path to skip the categories you don't need to include in your import. CSVI compares the text in category_path with the ones set in Skip rule Values to match field and if any matches found it would skip the import of that record.
