Hi Rolland, every year i have a other Problem with the pictures... sorry i can´t find the failure otherwise i wouldn´t write here, your time is short i know.
All other Imports and Exports works fine

My System:
Joomla: 3.8.2
VM: 3.2.4
CSVI: 7.3

After upgrade Joomla, VM, CSVI and other Components on my testenviroment i migrate my Users, Products, Orders and so on with daycounts JMigrate to have the actual stand. After testing etc i relaunched it. All is fine, now after my first picture import for all products, 80 percent of the pictures don´t shown more on the frontend. But on Backend i can see it. (see attachement) It´s thems the problems are the thumbnails!? When i manuelly add an image it works fine. When i search in products in the vmbackend i see the pictures, but when i search manuelly the filename of the picture the system found nothing or a picture without preview.

Now i tested only with one choosen product to see whats happend.
I´ve give you an Logfile and Screenshots from each step.

I hope you or other people can help me soon. The shop with more then 10.000 Products is live and only 20percent with pictures... i can give me a shoot

Hello Basti,
It looks like your images are not Published from your screenshots. Go to a Product on Product Images tab Check the File Published? checkbox and save the product. Do you see the images after that? If that solves the issue, you can add field media_published to your import file and set the value to Y. This will publish all of your images during import. Let me know if that helps.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

yes it works ;-)

great thx. I can´t understand why this was disabled by all products... Should i enabled this field in every daily update to ensure it´s right? What would you do in this case?

Hello,

Happy to hear that it works. Please leave us a review on Joomla Extension Directory.

If there are new products images to be inserted from your import file then you need this field in your import file so CSVI can set the images to publish on import. What is in the import file is what goes into the database, CSVI does not set images to publish automatically. For update if this field is already set to publish then it is not needed in your import file. But i would say it is better to have this field in import file.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
