Resolved Import product discount

Hi i found weird behaviour, if i import product with prices and discounts with data for example value of 159 (mean whole discount amount in currency) it is succesfully imported and added to database, but this product (maintaince price and stock) import run each morning and i found that each day are all values added to database again and again, so if i have 200 products in discount, each day increase datavse table of virtuemart and after 10 days website slow down and databse use much power of server

and for example if during one import have 20 products discount of 150CZK, discount of 150CZK are saved in virtuemart 20x

We use field product_discount with margin rule to cut from discount 21% vat so this is why discount amount has so much decimals

That is why we say to try it first with a few products ;)

I understand your problem. We need to see why CSV Improved doesn't recognize the existing discount.

I have identified the problem as well. The problem is here 
`calc_value` BETWEEN '81.818181818182' AND '81.818181818182'
. Notice the number of decimals? There are 12 decimals here. We only store 4 decimals, so the value in the database is stored as 81.8182. This value is no between the above numbers because it is higher. So an existing discount is not found and a new one is created. That is why you see so many discounts.

Which field are you importing as discount? Can you post a backup of your import template as well? You can get the backup by going to Maintenance -> CSVI Pro -> Backup template. This will help me to see how things are setup.
