Resolved Import product as publish and other as unpublish?

Please check VirtueMart Product import document which explains on how to import product into VirtueMart.

if the products is publish stay publish and other import as unpublish?

The field in VirtueMart database table to set a product published or unpublished is published. If you do not include this field in import file, product published state will not be updated and stays as it is.

thanks for reply and lets start again what i want ... i would like to import XML and all products from XML stay unpublished (using published field with default 0). So far all good and completed.
Now i would like the import recognize if the product is published and not changed to unpublish and update only prices, description, stock, etc.
I tried the rule - Conditional plugin with no luck.

What you are asking is not possible with RO CSVI at this point and that is due to this sentence:

Now i would like the import recognize if the product is published

this requires a database check to find out whether or not the product is published.

There are two ways to go about this at this point. First is to create your own RO CSVI rule, that does exactly that check and set the published state according to what is stored in the database. Second is to run an export of all published products with the fields product_sku and published, import this file after you imported the XML file as to sort of reset the published field.
