Resolved Import orders into HikaShop (from VM3.x)

I'm trying to figure out how to import orders into HikaShop. I've attached a sample csv file with the basic info I'd like to import, but I can't seem to select the fields I need.

Your sample file is missing in the post, try to compress and post it again. If you don't see your import fields try updating your available fields and see if it solves your issue.

I've used CSVI before with J1.5 but this had pre-loaded templates.

You can see the sample templates in latest version after installing them. Go to maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro on first option and Install example templates on the second option and click continue. That should get you all pre loaded templates.

I've realised that it doesn't contain any user IDs which is not good!

I missed to say something in my previous post, CSVI doesnt support importing orders into HikaShop but it does support HikaShop order export. Just noticed the title of your post saying importing orders into HikaShop from VirtueMart. May i know what you are trying to do?

You need to tell us what you are trying to do, on which extension and on which operations you are not seeing user id fields?
