Resolved Import keeps getting timed out

We've setup the import process exactly as the example provided on the site. However, once the import is started it looks like it's running, but after 4 minutes the operation is timed out and no records are imported. Even when using the example import file containing a single record. Where should we start troubleshooting?

Hi Tharuna,

I've taken a look at that but at this point it doesn't look like a something we can control. I've made a screen capture and you can see that after the import was started the screen jumps to the actual import very shortly before returning to the "counting" screen which eventually never stops. See attached screenshot was we see happening for a brief moment.

Hello,
So is this screenshot shown is the page after the import preview page? Do you have any firewall installed on your site? Check if that is blocking CSVI to run.

Hello,
You can also check if you are having any Javascript errors with your import. Have a look at Using Firefox web console to analyse problem document to capture any Javascript errors. Please post screenshot on what you see on console tab.
