Hi,
I use :

PHP versie 7.1.5
Joomla! versie 3.7.2
Database schema versie 7.2.0
CSVI Pro 7.2.1

and im trying to import images in to virtuemart 3.2.2

I use the File_url for the image name.
i use the Location product files for the path.

I have checked the path in VM for images witch is images/stories/virtuemart/product/
I use the same path in Location product files.
I have uploaded the images into the correct folder using an ftp programm.

But...after importing products i see no images.

What is different is perhaps my location of the site witch is subdomain.domain/folder
In my case http://ontwerp.boekhoorn.nl/ledspot/

perhaps that is why the images are not found so i have tried to use the absolute path in CSVI but also with no result.
What is it that im doining wrong ??
Do you have any suggestions ?

Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
You don't have file_url field in your import and so your images are not imported. Include this field and run the import. You can also have a look at import VirtueMart images document to know more on it.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Did you use CSVI field mapper to map the fields or can you explain how you mapped your fields? Can you also post your template XML file to check? To get template XML file go to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
