The file is received but I can't unzip it, seems to be stuck in a loop. I guess it's because of the encryption. Anyway, what I do notice is that the file is rather large and you may run into the upload limit on your server. This may be set to 2MB and that will be an issue then to upload the file. Do you get the same empty page when you use a much smaller file? For example if you take the first 5 lines from this CSV file.
