Resolved import filter

I did not found it on your site so maybe i missed it or it is not possible

I have a BIG XML file with product information.
But i do not need everything.
is it possible that i can filter? for examble on category?

VirtueMart 3.0.18
Joomla 3.6.3

Hello,

CSVI does not filter which records can or cannot be imported, what is in the import file will be imported. The only thing you could do is create an override of the import routine but that requires coding skills.

We are planning such a feature for the next major release but there is no timespan for that at the moment.
