Hello,
Can't get it right yet. I have ordered the template fields according to the file I want to import.
But the import mixes the coloms.
The file is in .csv extension (ods is not allowed?)
Hope you can help?
kind regards, Hennie

Hello Hennie,
From your last reply it looks like you have solved this.
Yes, .ods files are supported. The supported extensions by CSVI are csv, tsv, txt, xml, xls and ods
We dont have a tutorial for rules separately. Just that we have a tutorial which explains how to save a CSV file as UTF 8 encoded document.
You are not seeing images because you don't have file_url field added in your template. Add this field and map it to the image field in your import file to see the images.

Hello Hennie,
Ok i see the issue now, you have mapped productafbeelding column to product_url field in your template fields but it should be file_url and not product_url. product_url is for product manufacturer URLs. Change the field name and you should have your images loaded.

Hello Hennie,
Please check your file using CSVI Analyser, if your file has any formatting issues Analyser will show it. If you are having any difficulty then post the import file so i can check it for you.

Hello Hennie,
Can you post your import file so i can check?
Looks like there is a entry in your virtuemart_products or virtuemart_products_xx_xx (xx_xx is your language table) with virtuemart_product_id as 0 and so this duplicate entry error. Can you check these tables with entry 0 for virtuemart_product_id?

Hello Hennie,
In your template settings on File tab you have set Autodetect delimiters to Yes, set it to No and in Field delimiter field enter ; and save the template. Run the import with your file and check.
