Resolved Import error. Could not create folder.

Hello,
I try to import but I have these error messages when I click on Preview.
The tmp folder has 755 permissions.

Can you also check if com_csvi folder inside tmp folder also has 755 permission?

yes, com_csvi folder has also 755 permissions.

Hello Kostas,
When doing an import CSVI creates a temporary folder inside tmp/com_csvi folder with timestamp as folder name and puts the import file in there. CSVI reads the import file from this folder and imports the data. Once the import is done this temporary folder with file is deleted. There is some permission issue in the path to create this temporary folder and so you are seeing this error.
