Resolved Import Error after patch_cf4all_2024_10_02

After installing the patch shared with me in this thread: https://rolandd.com/support/ro-csvi/vmerror-bindparameterable-key-value-pair-not-valid-1?start=20#reply-81555
the thread is locked so I cannot reply in continuation
on my second store, I am unable to update products,
before installing the patch I could add and update products (but the problem with adding new values ​​described in the thread appeared), after installing the patch the import is interrupted and the error as in the attachment is displayed

RO CSVI 8.12.1
Joomla 4.4.8
Virtuemart 4.2.18
CustomFilters 2.17.5

Hello,
I was not able to reproduce the error but I think I know the cause for it. Please load the attached modified patch file and run the import. See if the error is gone with patch file.
