Resolved Import error

Good day
Love your product saves a lot off time...

I get the following error on import.

Ok, There is one problem in the error message you posted, it just says Duplicate entry 0 but doesn't tell us in which table. Which fields are you trying to import? can you post sample of your import file? Which version of CSVI are you using? If this import is a test run and there is no needed data already in virtuemart_product table, you can clean up your VirtueMart tables from CSVI maintenance menu by selecting VirtueMart in first option and Empty database in other option. This will remove records from main VirtueMart tables. You can then try doing a fresh import.

Hello,
You did not say which import you are trying to do. The error in your screenshot shows that there is a 0 in primary key field value of the table you are using in your import. What is weird is that primary key field is not null, auto increment and unique field and not sure how you manage to get 0 as value in it. Can you give us more details on your import to help?
