Resolved Import data Hikashop multiple dropdown custom field

Hi, I tried to import data from a csv file for a Hikshop multiple dropdown custom field. I tried many times, it looks fine but didn't work, no new values are in the database. I use RO CSVI with field_id and field_value. I made an export before so I can be sure the format is correct. Thanks in advance for help.

Hello,
For HikaShop custom field import required fields are field_namekey and field_table. Both these fields are missing in your import file.You need to add these fields and try the import. If you still have any problem, post the debug log of import to check. To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document.
