What is the problem with blank space? When i set file_url to http://www.esloger.sk/image/data/CATHERINE 70-29.jpg image is imported fine. Would like to see how this image is processed in your debug log. Can you post your debug log to check?

By default only the first 20 entries are logged into debug log and all the 20 entry of images in the debug log shows they are imported fine. You can either increase the debug log limit by going to CSVI Dashboard >> Click on Options button >> On Site tab increase Number of lines in log file field or you can try importing only the record with file_url value http://www.esloger.sk/image/data/CATHERINE 70-29.jpg and send us the debug log to check.

Did you cancel the import or import was finished and still products are inserted?When you go to CSVI Running Processes page do you see an entry for this import even after the import is done? Can you send us your import file along with import template XML file to check? To get template XML go to CSVI Maintenance page, select CSVI Pro in first dropdown and Backup templates in second dropdown and select your import template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

Hello Andrej,
Since your image URL is already encoded, you need to set Encode URL option to No in your template settings and on Image tab. Right now it is set to Yes. Try the import and let me know on how it goes.

Please In VM3 file_title and product_name can be the same atribut from XML?
Because when I set file_tite then product_name is empty
file_title = name
product_name=name

Hello Andrej,
You can set name attribute to file_title field and then using CSVI field copy plugin create a rule to copy file_title value to product_name field. Let me know if it helps.
