Is the import also can be done with XML or JSON format ?

Yes import can be done using XML format but not with JSON.

Okay thanks , One more thing with xml, Is process different for field mapping ?? Means how can check fields with xml ? Any tutorial for using xml ?

Hello,
Please have a look at import XML documentation. You need to setup the path of XML node from your import file in your field option when adding template fields.
