Hello,
For the articles, I do not use the Joomla settings but a custom fields image https://www.firecoders.com/joomla-extensions/econa.
It is well recognized and I add it in the template (see image). After I do not know anymore.
Here is what I want to do.
I ask the person to put the name of the file (example: img-page-accueil-site.jpg) in the field image-econa
When importing, I want the program to import the file at the same time as the other data.
The image: img-page-accueil-site.jpg would be in the same folder as the table
How to do ?
Regards

Hello,
I was hoping that with the rules, I could do this operation!

The image processing i explained in my previous post cannot be done using RO CSVI rules.

Little hope to see it taken into account especially that I have not found any possibility forum or user voice to vote on this or that need (even if you always decide in the end of course)

We will update you here when we have plans to support this plugin.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
I had a look at the plugin and how it stores values in database. Even if you import the value as stored in database, the extra image processing the plugin does is not possible with RO CSVI import. From what i see the plugin prepares image inside images/econa folder with field id and article id as folders inside this path and the image is stored in different variations as per the Size configured in the Fields page. The import of this custom field is not possible with RO CSVI. If we get more requests in future we can consider to add support for this plugin.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Sorry but I do not understand what you do not understand. I will try to answer by adding images but I have nothing more!
I have read your documentation several times but I do not think it helps me. I did not understand something?

Yes, Images helped and now it is very clear. Our documentation did not help because as of now we only support only a few of Joomla core custom fields import with Joomla articles. You are using a third party extension for Joomla custom fields and your import did not work because we do not have the code to support this custom field type.

I want to use a custom field (standard joomla) image https://www.firecoders.com/joomla-extensions/econa instead of native joomla image fields. I can send the econa plugin if it can help you!

You can send us the plugin. We can check and tell you if it is possible to use RO CSVI to import this custom field.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Process
1 person A downloads an A file with A1, A2, A3 images in the same FTP directory as the table
1 person B uploads a B file with B1, B2, B3 images in the same FTP directory as the table

Hello,
From what i understand is that you want to import Joomla custom field along with Joomla articles. The Joomla custom field will hold image as it's value. Is that correct? What type of custom field is image-econa? Can you post a screenshot? You can check Joomla content import document and under Further reading section to import custom fields.

Also the file you posted does not have field image-econa. From screenshot above you are adding it as a template field, does the field image-econa have only one image name img-page-accueil-site.jpg for all the Joomla articles?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Here is the import file with an example.
The idea is that users send this table filled with files at the same time (image for now).
By launching the CSVI program, the program can find the images in the same FTP folder.

Hello,
Are you using Joomla content import? You want to import image custom field for Joomla content, is that right?

The image: img-page-accueil-site.jpg would be in the same folder as the table

Is the image img-page-accueil-site.jpg a remote image? Will it be imported using an External URL? Can you post your import file to check?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
