Hello,
If you are using Joomla categories import you need to fill extension field for all rows in your import file. Right now it is filled only for the first row. Once that is done your import file is good to use.
Did you mean Example Joomla categories import template?
Is my import file setup correctly ?

Hello,
It is not about the import file but the limits your server is hitting when running the import. What if you import only a few categories? may be two or three? does your import work then?
T check the limits but this import file only has 124 lines

Hello,
You have removed the header name extension on first row in your new import file. You need to put that back. Otherwise your import file looks good to me. Yes, you can use Example Joomla categories import template.

Hello,
Your preview still don't look correct, can you open the Example Joomla category import template and just save the template? Run the import and your preview should look like the attached image.
