Resolved Image Unavailable

Hi,

importing new paths of images of an existing product, after loading the server via FTP the images in the correct location, the card product administration side shows me images correctly, while the browser does not refresh the display, publishing the standard image image not available!

I have done several times the VirtueMart synchronization.
In the global configuration of Joomla> System> in the cache settings> caching is disabled.
In System> wipe cache> I emptied the cache of Joomla-based site and administration.
I emptied the browser cache (Chrome) from settings.
I did do a check from my Internet Service Provider operator to control the cache server side.
Changing the browser does not change the result!

If the load manually works!
When importing the problem of lack of recognition of images it does not occur at all, but only a small part!
The import file is about 4 MB to 400 records!
When importing there are no error messages!
The import is done directly from the server and not by PC!

Maybe they're too big files?

Where am I wrong in your opinion?

Hello,
So you are saying your images are having correct URL and are published but are not seen on front end, is that correct? Can you give us more information on what error you see using media_published field? Please post the debug log of your import and sample import file to check.

Hello,

obviously the path defined in details product in the images tab is correct! If it were not so I could not see the images published in the card!
In fact, if I eliminate totally produced by VM and new amount them the publication is also activated from the browser call!

Hello,

Do I understand correctly that the images are published but you just don't see them on your website? If yes, check what URL the image has on your site. There should be an issue there.

Hello,

But this does not explain why the product page I see perfectly matched images and the browser does not find them!
Totally deleting products and importing completely all streams data, images are published without any problem!

I tried to use use "media_published field" in importing a product with 1 as the value in the field, but it gave me error.
I reviewed your site and the reference value was Y.
Even so, I have not solved the problem!

At the moment I realized that the only way is to redo all of the product import flows that (for some reason) does not publish the images after the changes!

Hello,
Is your images published? If not you can use media_published field in your import and set its value to 1 so images gets published. If you still have issues, post the debug log of the import. To know how to get the debug log, check Where to get the debug information? section on top of this page.
