Resolved IMAGE THUMB PROBLEM

Hello,
Can you send me your sample import file and debug log of the import to check?

I've tryed to work aroud adding the file_url_thumb however the file_url name is generated by CSVI so if there are more image the name is "SKUNUMBER_1.jpg" and if there is only one image the name is "SKUNUMBER.jpg" so I can't set a standard name for the thumg creating it from the product_sku plus the "_1.jpg" (or ".jpg".

Please this matter is really urgent cause i upgraded CSVI in more then one site!

If there is no file_url_thumb field set, CSVI will use the file_url field for the file_url_thumb and that is happening in your case too, check the query below from your debug log. The only issue i see is that the images are not published (You can check in the same query). We have introduced a new field media_published in the latest CSVI version which you can include in your import file to publish the images.

If I can say.. also if you solve this problem it would be usefull to name the files always in the same manner:
the first image (also if it is the only one of the product) when named automatically by the sku should always be named, or with or without the _1... I would be able to solve my problem without askyng you (sorry to disturb).

Ok.. but the images were already published and visible also if the thumb was not

The problem is not solved.. i added the field you told me (media_published) and setted to "Y"

I can see the issue now, for this product, only the path is inserted into file_url_thumb and not the image name. I can also see that it is happening only with few products. I doubt if it is something to do with image size. Can you send only this image to my email tharuna@csvimproved.com? I will run the import of it and check. Query to check from your debug log.

Sending now.. you see the problem only on some product cause i'm running a workaround import so the product with more then one image can bi fixed....

Ok, i ran the import with that image and it went good. Can you also send your template XML file? I will try with your template and file here.

To get the template XML file, Go to CSVI maintenance page, select CSVI Pro in the first option, Backup templates in the second option. Select the import template you are using and click on continue. Your template will be downloaded if you have set it to Download option. Post the file here.

I have imported the file you posted in this post with the template you sent us. The import result is that all images are imported as expected.

So I checked the PHP version but that is 5.6.17 in your case and in both my trials they were 5.6.10 and 7.0.8.

Apart from updating CSVI, did you also update the VirtueMart addon for CSVI?

Tharuna is taking a closer look but let's see if everything is up-to-date.
