Until yesterday I was using version 7 with pach to update the articles with ICECAT data and everything worked fine.
I upgraded to version 8.2 and immediately noticed that the upgrade speed was significantly increased. A sign that the icecat data was not downloading as usual. Now the products are without photos and without description. The teplate is always the same and compliant. From the log I have no problems connecting to ICECAT
but you don't see the ICECAT data.

Hello Lorenzo,
I think i found the cause of supplier data not loading into database. Please load the attached patch file and run the Load ICECat index operation from Maintenance page. Check if the patch fixes the issue.

Nothing icecat_supplier data does not load.
Isn't it that I misspell the filename?
There are few lines and only two fields. Where is the mistake?

I had checked, in the DB the icecat data are present.
But now I saw in the configuration page that there are no Supplier records, see attachment.
I tried to load only the supplier again and there is nothing in the DB.
I renamed the file to icecat_supplier as usual and checked if the content was present and everything is fine.
Do you remember that ICECAT had added a field to the FILE_INDEX.TXT data. Maybe it did the same thing with the Supplier_mapping.xml file!

Nothing as changed in terms of code in RO CSVI from version 7 to version 8.
The issue of ICECat data not loading is because the tables jos_csvi_icecat_index and jos_csvi_icecat_suppliers are empty in your database. RO CSVI uses the data from these tables as reference and loads the related data from ICECat URL. Using RO CSVI Maintenance menu, please load the ICECat indexes and then run the import. See if that solves the issue.

I need to fix this urgently. We now have about 5000 articles without photos and without description. In this way they cannot be indexed in the Google merchants and therefore they are not advertised and difficult to sell.
I did the upgrade again and I see that the data from ICECAT is not downloaded. (See log)
