I saw that with CSVI I can Import Group and users, but I need to import Viewing Access Levels too.
My sites will have 60/70 different Access Levels.
Is possible import the access levels? Are only 2 fileds, Name and user Group.

Regards
Erik

Hello Erik,
You cannot import view levels using user import in VirtueMart but you can try importing using CSVI custom table import. Please have a look at custom table import document to know on this import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Thanks tharuna I will look.
I'm not interested in importing view level access in Virtuemart, I use them in Joomla. Is the same?

Erik

Hello Erik,
Custom table import is an independent import. You need to select the table you are trying to import the values to in your template settings which would be #__viewlevels for access levels. This table is a Joomla table and not a VirtueMart one.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I have build the custom import template.
The operation have no error, Log write "success" (Message is "Item Update" instead Added, this is strange, the primary Key in the CSV is "new";)
However, the messages are of "success" but no import is done...
Checking #_viewlevels table I can see that is normal, without modification, like before the import.

Do you see where I'm wrong form my csv?

Hello,
You have id field in your import file which is the primary key field of the table. When this primary key field has a value it is always an update. Remove the id field from your import file and try doing the import.
Kind regards,
