Hello,
I see that your template is not set as per the XML import document linked in my previous post. You need to set Record name in File tab in your template settings, and also set your field in template fields so CSVI can read your XML file. Once these are set try doing the import.
Which version of CSVI are you using?

Hello,
Your XML files look good. You can check then using CSVI Analyser. For me it doesn't show any error so it should be something to do with your import settings in your template. Can you post the template XML to check on how you have set the import? To get template XML file got to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it here. You can also check that import XML document to see if you are missing something.
