Hello,

I can't export templates, downloading the log I see Forbidden.

Probably AdminTools is the problem?

Hello Davide,
Yes check if CSVI has been blocked and whitelist it. Do you mean when you run your exports you see forbidden or when trying to download a CSVI template?

the problem is when I try to download a template.
It is happing in various websites.

I excluded in htaccess maker:
components/com_csvi/

But it's not working...

Hello Davide,

If you turn off Admin Tools, do you have the same problem? You can temporarily turn off the Admin Tools system plugin, that should be enough.

Then it may not be Admin tools which is causing the issue. You are having problem only with downloading a template, your import and exports works fine? How about other CSVI views, do they work without any error?

Hello Davide,
I just checked the Backup of templates using the site login details you sent me on private message. There was no problem in backing up the template. The template XML file downloaded without any problem. Wonder why you are not able to see this.

yes, but the popup for the download is not showing.

As you can see, the column filename is empty, is it normal?

Yes the filename not showing is normal. Check if something is blocking your download. From the same site i was able to download the file so it is something to do with your browser.
