Resolved HTTP ERROR 500 after importing users

After importing my users to a clean installation of Joomla 4.x, I get 500 errors when entering user management, and also in global settings.
In the log it reads:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in /.../libraries/src/Helper/UserGroupsHelper.php


what could it be due to?

I found the bug. In the _usergroups table, Public had changed its parent_id to 1 (instead of 0). There was also an empty record, with only id. Something went wrong with the import

Hello,
This is a known bug and has been fixed with a patch file attached in Error with Usergroup import in Joomla User manager post. Please load the patch file and run the import and check.
