Resolved How to order field names

You can re-order the fields by specifying the order in the Order column and click on the Save button on the toolbar above the fields.

Roland, I tried that already. Isn't work. Nothing happened.

Just to be sure we are talking about the same buttons, I attached a screenshot.

If nothing happens after clicking that I am quite sure you have a JavaScript conflict on your site. If you press F12 (Windows) or choose Inspect element in the browser and then reload the page, any errors should be shown on the Console tab. You can check that.

Tried it in Firefox and IE, both consoles are empty. No errors listed.
Only one message in IE, a closing tag is missing.

Weird, however, can you edit a field by clicking on it's name and modify the ordering in the popup form?

Found it. I was expecting the same old Joomla functionality, re-number and press the Order button. WRONG.
You have to press SAVE, and after that you use ORDER to re-number sequential.

This functionality is changed in CSVI 6 to work the same way as Joomla. The idea behind it was that you enter the numbers yourself and press save and then you are done.
